Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Free Shipping – All US Orders.
  • Standard Ground Shipping (less than 1lbs) – Typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Priority Mail Shipping (over 1lbs - 5lbs) Delivery in 3–4 business days.
  • UPS Shipping (over 6lbs) Delivery within a week or less.
  • Express Shipping – Available for urgent orders delivery depends on location. Typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping - Rates vary based on the weight of your order and your location for international orders. You can view your shipping costs at checkout for International orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact us immediately at 321 223 6058. We will assist you in filing a claim or provide a solution based on the situation. Please retain all packaging and photos of any damaged goods for the claim process.
